Upload your artwork during the online ordering process or bring it to our physical location.  Artwork requirements for DTF is 300 dpi, transparent background PNG with minimum width requirements on lines and fine detail.  Embroidery may be limited by fine detail as well. It is best to start with the best artwork you can get.
